Students who plan to enroll in our program may qualify for an ED Visa. To obtain this visa, you must apply at a Thai Consulate office outside of Thailand. Send us the following information via e-mail, fax, or post and we will process the letter for you. Once you have the letter from us, you may apply for an "ED" Visa at any Thai Consulate or Thai Embassy.
ED Visa
The ED Visa is gained by people who are coming to Thailand for the purpose of study and is normally valid for 90 days from the date of your arrival in Thailand. Application for this visa must be made outside of Thailand to a Thai Consulate or Embassy. You will be required to submit a letter of acceptance and other supporting documents which are available from us.
Letter of Acceptance
In order to issue a letter of acceptance, we require the following information:
- Your name as shown in your passport
- Your passport number
- Your present mailing address
- Fax number if available
- Planned date of arrival to study full-time
- Number of months planning to study full-time
- Location of Consulate where you wish to apply
- Deposit of 20,000 Baht into our account for your application fee/90 days' tuition deposit
Please note that failure to complete the hours of study within the time period you specify will result in the loss of those hours. In addition, we will use our discretion in notifying the related Thai authorities.
Student Visa
The Student Visa is a visa which will enable you to study in our program full-time (full-time study = 30 class hours per week) Students must pay for hours 200 hour increments and those hours must be completed within the specified times, or they will be lost. These hours are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Conditions:
- You must have a valid ED Visa stamped in your passport
- You must be currently enrolled and studying full-time in our program
- The student visa application process with us must begin two months before your ED Visa expires.
In order to obtain this visa, you will need to bring your passport to us and we will begin the process of application for the student visa.
